We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations & we want to make it easy for you to return it.
Therefore, our policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
We want to highlight that to get a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and still in the original, unopened packaging.
So that the return process can be processed swiftly, we kindly ask that you provide proof of purchase.
Additionally, we recommend that you refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer,
as this may lead to delays or complications in the return process.
This pertains to situations where an item is not in its original condition, or when it has been compromised or is lacking components due to reasons beyond our control.

In case of approval, the refund process will start, and you will receive a credit to your original payment method, like your credit card, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Payments
If you haven’t received a refund yet, then please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund without shipping being paid for, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
